The studio is open Tuesday and Wednesday from 9 AM to 5 PM and Thursday from 11 AM to 7 PM, and is closed Monday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Visit lengths vary widely, from a 45-minute blow dry to a 300-minute transformational color and cut, so the time is worth planning around. Clients who are not sure which service fits can book a 15-minute consultation in person at no charge.

Booking changes need at least 48 hours notice. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late are treated as a cancellation or no-show and must be rebooked, and cancellations inside 48 hours are charged half the service. Clients have a 10-day window to raise concerns about their hair, and complimentary adjustments are handled case by case. Extensions are not refundable, and Buy Now, Pay Later financing is accepted in person and for bookings between $50 and $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.
