Extensions are applied with beads and thread, without glue, tape or heat. Each new client has a consultation to plan the extension type and color, and new guests fill out a pre-visit request form ahead of that consultation so the service can be planned. Extension prices cover installation, wefts and blending with natural hair. Coloring of natural hair is not included in those prices but can be added. Booking extensions requires a consultation and a fifty percent deposit.
The suite describes its feel as classic luxury with a relaxed atmosphere. Only clients receiving services may be in the salon, and children and guests are not permitted. Appointment changes need at least 48 hours' notice to avoid additional charges, and late arrivals reduce appointment time and may lead to charges if the visit has to be cancelled. Goldielocks hair products are sold at the suite and recommended.
