The facial menu includes classic facials, facial sculpting massage and chemical peels. A chemical peel uses a solution to remove layers of skin to a chosen depth, and medium and deep peels require downtime. Medical aesthetic options include Botox, which is used to relax selected muscles and soften fine lines, wrinkles and certain expression lines; PRF, which uses platelet-rich fibrin prepared from the client's own blood; EZ Gel; RF microneedling, which the business says supports collagen and skin texture; Ultherapy, which uses ultrasound energy to heat tissue beneath the surface and is indicated for lifting the brow and lax tissue under the chin and on the neck; and Venus Viva. Wellness offerings cover IV therapy, medical weight loss and whole-person wellness consultations.

The first step is an optional, free 30-minute video consultation held online and booked through Calendly. It is separate from in-person appointments and does not commit anyone to a treatment or a membership. Every treatment requires an individual clinical assessment first, and services and treatment costs are priced and quoted separately, so prospective clients can review a proposed plan and its cost before deciding. The clinic asks that medical records, facial photos and sensitive health information not be sent by general email.

Ankh MedSpa offers three monthly memberships: Ritual at 149 USD per month, Radiance at 299 USD per month, and Sovereign at 499 USD per month. Ritual is geared toward facial work and a steady skin-care habit, Radiance suits members who want more targeted planning for skin and aesthetic goals, and Sovereign spans a broader range of aesthetic and wellness treatments. Every confirmed monthly payment earns an equal amount of service credit, which the team adds by hand once the payment clears; failed payments earn none. The memberships include no fixed procedures, no bonus credit and no discounts. They renew monthly until canceled and carry no minimum term. To cancel, members go to Manage memberships in their customer account before the next charge. Paid credit that goes unused carries over, never expires, and stays available after a membership ends, but it applies only to Ankh MedSpa services, not products. Ankh Beauty, a sister brand, sells skincare, haircare, body care and custom rituals separately from the MedSpa.
