Color is a large part of the menu. Custom glaze can be added to any color service for $35, and glazing is recommended with any lightening. Options include a custom color retouch from $80, a color melt from $75 that softens the contrast between darker roots and lighter highlights, partial foil highlights from $120, full foil highlights from $160 to $200 depending on placement, and balayage or ombre from $250. A custom trim, tone and treat at $135 is for clients with previously lightened hair who want added tonal shades. Corrective and custom creative color are priced after a consultation. Cuts include individualized haircuts from $60 to $70, barber cuts from $35, children's cuts for those under 10 from $30, and beard shaping for $10. Extensions include tape-in and sew-in methods priced after consultation and creative color extensions priced by the weft. Every service includes a shampoo and a bombshell blowout, and styling options include a blowout with hot tool and up-styling for special occasions from $100.
Treatments include the Cezanne smoothing treatment from $330, priced by hair length and density, with take-home Cezanne after-care shampoo and conditioner. The Vitaplex Bond Reconstructor is available on its own from $65 or as a $20 add-on to any color service. The Malibu treatment at $60 is aimed at hard water deposits, swimmer build-up and scalp therapy.
Booking and policies: clients can book online, where they can also view and rebook past appointments. Certain services require a credit card at booking. Cancellations need 48 hours' notice and must be made by phone, since email and text are not accepted; late cancellations carry a fee of 50% of the service cost and a no-show fee can equal the full booked cost. Late arrivals may shorten or reschedule a service. Prices are estimates and may vary with hair condition, density, length, stylist experience and demand. If a client is unhappy, the salon will correct the service at no extra cost within one week of the first appointment. Refunds are not offered on services, but a service can be repeated if the client speaks with Julie within 72 hours. Retail credit is issued for unused products returned within 30 days of purchase. The salon is open Wednesday and Thursday 10am to 8pm, Friday 10am to 6pm, Saturday 10am to 3pm, and closed Sundays.
