The salon takes both new and existing clients and describes its setting as relaxing and fun. Services are by appointment only, and the salon is open Tuesday through Thursday from 10 AM to 8 PM and Friday from 8:30 AM to 5 PM, closed Saturday through Monday.

Haircuts are grouped with color and texture work, so the cut is included in every color and texture price and stays the same if the cut is waived. Prices may rise depending on a client's particular needs and may differ from one stylist to another.
