A curly cut includes a wash and set that doubles as a short lesson in caring for your curls at home. Each haircut is booked for at least 90 minutes. Curly clients are asked to arrive with hair down, dry, detangled and lightly product-loaded. If hair arrives pulled back, wet or matted, a reset fee applies, plus any detangling fees. Stylists do not blow out curly hair straight or do twist-outs, protective styles, blowouts or flat ironing after a curly cut.

Color services include root touch-ups, all-over color in darker or lighter shades, glosses, balayage and ombre, highlights and lowlights (including Rezo Lites and Pintura options), blonding, fantasy colors and a corrective service called Fix My Color. Add-on treatments can be combined with color work.

The salon offers an Encouragement Wash and Set that includes two extra treatments to loosen hair for detangling and runs about 90 minutes. Clients booking it complete a questionnaire that asks for photos of their hair. Updos and bridal styling are also offered. The salon also runs an apprenticeship program and welcomes new clients who want to take part as models in that training.

Policies cover booking and payment: a credit card is required to book but is not charged for the appointment. Cancellations or changes made within 24 hours, and missed appointments, are charged a share of the reserved service. Arriving 15 minutes or more late can lead to a cancellation fee. Additional guests are not permitted because space is limited, and children must be supervised by an adult in the salon. The salon also offers a referral program that gives both the referrer and the new client 10% off their next visit, and it accepts requests for service donations to charities it supports.

The salon says all of its stylists are trained across every curl pattern and work with all curl types.
