Each client starts with a detailed questionnaire. Facial packages come in 75, 90 and 120-minute options, and new clients are recommended to book the 120-minute facial, which includes a 15-minute consultation, skin analysis, personalized home care recommendations and a CO2lift mask. Every appointment opens with a check-in, and the treatment is adjusted to what the client needs that day. Facial modalities such as gua sha, microcurrent, LED light therapy and lymphatic drainage can be added to any facial package.

Advanced treatments are booked as separate appointments from facials. BioRepeel CL3 is a 30% TCA peel made in Italy, given in a series of up to six treatments seven to ten days apart. The CO2Lift Pro carbon dioxide mask is offered only in the 120-minute session and can be continued at home with a kit used once a week for three weeks. The studio calls its CO2lift mask famous. HydraFacial MD is also offered as an advanced treatment.

Products are chosen as clean and non-toxic, with attention to sourcing, production and packaging. The studio favors items made locally in Austin and brands that prioritize women-owned businesses and sustainability, and it lists Le Prunier, Marie Veronique and Hydrinity among its product lines. Services no longer on the menu can be requested by email, and online consultations are available. Digital gift cards start at $50.
