The salon's work centers on hair that is hard to find elsewhere: custom couture hair extensions and additions, couture hairpieces, toppers and wigs made from 100% human hair. Couture hair is created exclusively in the salon, and extensions are customized in Manhattan to fit each client's head. Over 20 types of extensions are offered, with attachment methods that include fusion bonding, keratin, tape-in, track-and-sew weaving, micro link and laser beam. Many extension methods allow swimming and showering. Color services range from balayage and ombre to corrective work on home color mistakes and high fashion shades. The salon also offers a thinning hair program with an in-depth scalp analysis, Redken chemistry treatments, and camouflaging haircuts for thinning hair.

A visit starts with a complimentary private consultation, which is offered to every new client and can also be arranged virtually through the contact page. For hairpieces and thinning hair, the consultation includes collecting sample strands of the client's own hair so the piece can be matched in texture, color and wave pattern. Clients can receive services in complete privacy in a private room or in the salon's main room, and consultations take place in a private consultation room. A liability waiver is part of the booking process.

The salon also sells a range of its own and partner products, including the Angelo David Hair Care collection, Hair Detox, an exclusive product created by Angelo David Pisacreta, and VOL shampoo and conditioner. Brushes, combs, styling and finishing products, and gift cards are sold as well. Clients can also get OLAPLEX as a salon treatment or as a three-step at-home kit.

The salon starts by learning each client's hair goals and challenges before recommending styles, cuts and colors, and it uses a private VIP consultation model for clients experiencing hair loss.

Clients can choose between complete privacy in a private room and the salon's main room.
