Angelic Krowns

Angelic Krowns was established in January 2019 and works from Suite A-22 at The Courtyard Salons in SkyRidge Plaza, Round Rock, near the Flix Brewhouse commercial area. To find the suite, go left to the end of the building; it is the last one on the right. The studio is open Tuesday through Saturday from 9:00am to 7:00pm and is closed Sunday and Monday.

The studio offers braiding, weaving and protective hairstyles. Its braiding menu covers natural hair styles done in the client's own hair, which can be straightened, rod set, flat twisted or braided; crochet and tribal styles; goddess locs, which pair curly crochet hair with faux locs; feed-in braids added strand by strand to natural hair; faux locs; and braid patterns that either braid natural hair or add hair to hold crochets, sew-ins or a wig in place. Each style lists how long it is expected to last, from about two weeks for natural hair styles to two or three months for goddess locs and faux locs.

The booking page also lists Senegalese twists, sew-ins, silk press, wash and style, hair treatments, loc service, male braiding, and styles for children aged seven and under.

Alongside the studio, the owner makes Nourishing Drops, a hair oil blended from several plant oils, aloe vera, ginger, biotin and essential oils. It is intended for topical use only, either applied to the scalp during a protective style or used as a daily smoothing treatment. It is sold online and at Round Rock Beauty Supply Store locations, and the online shop also carries products selected for the AK Collection. Orders can be shipped anywhere in the continental US by USPS Standard or Priority, with international shipping available on request.
