The studio is run by its owner, Angela Thomas, who works as the esthetician. Brow work is her main focus, from custom shaping to personalized tinting suited to every hair shade.

The menu covers single areas such as brows, lip and chin, along with combinations and a full face wax. Appointments run from 10 to 40 minutes depending on the service. Tint is offered only with a brow wax, and the full face wax includes a brow wax. Prices range from $18 for a lip wax to $100 for a full face wax with brow tint.

Children are not allowed in the wax room. Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours' notice are charged 50% of the service cost, and same-day changes are charged the full amount. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings between $50 and $4,000 and needs approval before the appointment. Business hours are Tuesday and Wednesday 11 AM to 6 PM and Friday 11 AM to 4 PM, with the studio closed Monday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday. Questions can be sent through the website contact form.
