Extensions come from Wella, R+Co, R+Co BLEU, Nutrafol and Bellami. The studio is also a founding member of R+Co BLEU. Its haircare work is done with minimal waste in mind.

New clients are asked to submit information beforehand so the stylist can confirm fit and choose the right service. Appointments are booked by email or text. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment incur a 50% charge of the original service, and missed appointments incur a 100% charge. Any such charge must be paid before booking or keeping future appointments. Premium appointments take place during extended hours with a 25% upcharge added to the original service charge.
