The spa's view is that skin health depends more on overall wellness than on topical products alone. Its approach combines nutrition, lifestyle choices, natural products and non-invasive treatments. The clinical menu covers chemical peels, facial treatments, body treatments, and light and ultrasound treatments. Chemical peels are chosen by the esthetician to suit each client's skin, and are used for texture, the look of large pores and fine lines, and skin renewal. Microcurrent facials work the muscles beneath the skin, with a stated aim of lifting the cheeks, brows and jawline. A Hydro Facial combines exfoliation, extractions and deep hydration. HIFU facials, Lipo HIFU, radio frequency facials and photon light therapy are also offered, along with an oxygen therapy add-on.

Reflexology targets particular spots on the feet, and a foot massage may be added to any facial or booked separately. Reiki is an energy session: the practitioner works with hands placed directly on or held just above areas tied to the endocrine system, the major organs and the chakras, while the client remains fully dressed on a massage table. A 60-minute Reiki session costs $115.00.

The spa is open Tuesday through Saturday, 10 AM to 6 PM, and is closed Sundays and Mondays. To enter, use the Inside Centered Chicago building, enter door code 103, then press the call button. Clients are asked to arrive 10 minutes early, the front door is locked during treatments, and phones should be set to silent. Payment is due at the end of the visit by cash or credit card. Clients who are sick are asked to stay home. Cancellations need at least 24 hours notice or the full treatment is charged. Late arrivals may be given a shortened treatment or rescheduled, and rescheduling carries a cancellation fee equal to the full treatment amount. Parking options include a 4-hour Northwestern pass for the 222 E Huron garage, sold at the front desk for $13.00 cash or $14.00 by card, and street parking two blocks east at $9.50 for 2 hours.
