Prices are based on midback hair length. Waist-length hair adds $50 to the listed price, and butt-length hair adds $100. Braid takedown is available for clients who want existing braids removed.

Booking requires a $25 deposit paid at the time of booking, by Zelle or Cash App. The deposit is non-refundable, and the remaining balance is paid on the day of the appointment. Appointments are not held without a deposit, walk-ins are not accepted, and guests are not allowed at appointments.

Hair should arrive washed, blow-dried and detangled and at least 3 inches long, as the studio does not offer hair washing. Extensions are not included in the service and are not supplied by the studio. Styling times are estimates that depend on head size, hair length and thickness, so clients should not book on a day when they have other plans. Clients should arrive no more than 5 minutes early and text ahead if running late. A 10-minute grace period applies; after that the appointment is cancelled and the deposit is forfeited.

During the appointment, clients should say if braids feel too tight so they can be adjusted, and any style changes must be requested before the client leaves. The braider reserves the right to refuse service. Tools are disinfected before each appointment, and surfaces and seats are sanitized before clients arrive. Styles not on the list can be requested by contacting the braider.
