Hair is the core of the menu. Silk presses come in three versions: a Silk Press Xpress option with two shampoos, conditioner and a straight or bumped finish; an Xtreme version with three shampoos including tea tree, conditioner and a finish that can include optional curls; and an Olaplex version listed for damaged or color-treated hair. The salon says a silk press can last two to three weeks with proper maintenance. Wand and crimp curls are an extra fee. Braiding covers box braids, knotless braids, feed-in and stitch braids, crochet and faux locs, updos and traditional braids with knots. Locs, twists, sew-ins, quick weaves, double track extensions and wig lace installation are also offered, and 100% human hair bundles are sold. Chemical services include all-over color, balayage, ombre, highlights, toner, color correction, perms, relaxers and relaxer retouches. New color clients must take a patch test before color service.

Enhancements start at $55 for natural length and rise by length to $105 for XXL. Lash and brow services include strip and cluster lashes, mega lashes, brow lamination and brow tinting. Skin services include Xpress facials, customized and anti-aging facials, a facial for men, and facial and body waxing. Makeup covers full glam, soft glam and cosplay looks, and consultations are welcome for $25, a fee that does not go toward the service.

Visits run Tuesday to Saturday, 9 am to 6 pm. Appointment start times are no later than 11 am on booked days, and a card on file holds the time. Cancellations need 24 hours notice to avoid a fee. For braiding, clients should arrive with hair washed and detangled and without extra oils or moisturizer; detangling is an extra $20 to $35 depending on the service. Fridays and Saturdays are busy, so new clients should allow extra time for longer services.

The salon runs beauty bootcamps, 30-hour certificate programs for lash technicians and ethnic braiding that are open to anyone interested in the beauty industry. It partners with the State of Arizona and local beauty schools on them. A separate 30-hour lash course is listed at $899. The salon says its stylists and technicians are fully licensed, and shampoo and blow dry services may be performed by a cosmetology apprentice. It hosts community events through the year and donates to local causes.

The salon aims for high-quality, healthy hair care and ongoing learning for both clients and future stylists. It says it uses eco-friendly products it considers quality, and it installed soft water filters to support scalp health.
