Appointments are booked by texting (480) 436-1774. The studio is open Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 10 AM to 5 PM and Saturday from 9 AM to 1 PM, and it is closed Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday. Several longer color services require a $40 deposit, Copper Transformation asks new clients for a $20 deposit, and bridal bookings require a $50 deposit. A cancellation or no-show within 24 hours of the appointment carries a 20 percent fee charged to the client's account.

Color appointments range from under two hours to four hours, so each one is scheduled around the service. Extensions are sewn in and start with a consultation, in person or virtual, to set pricing; the hair is purchased from JZstyles and billed separately from installation. Bridal clients receive a trial at the salon and styling on the day of the event, with a fixed price given at a consultation that can be done by text. Gift cards come in set amounts or a custom amount and are final sale.
