Facial options include the 60-minute Signature Facial, which finishes with hyaluronic acid, moisturizer and sun protection, and a Skinceuticals Facial built around SkinCeuticals products with extractions and a custom mask. Acne-focused facials, a Deep Cleansing Facial with ultrasonic extractions and lymphatic massage, a Back Facial, and a Prenatal Facial starting at $200 are also offered. Dermaplaning Facials run 90 minutes and use a sterile blade to remove dead skin and peach fuzz. HydraFacial sessions take about 45 to 60 minutes with no downtime, and several versions add targeted serums, LED therapy, lymphatic drainage or dermaplaning.

The Face Reality Acne Program is a personalized plan of three to six months, offered without prescription medications and described by the spa as suitable for mild to severe acne. The spa states a 95 percent success rate for the program. New clients begin with a consultation and purchase a customized skincare regimen before any spa treatment. Advanced acne treatments combine extractions, mild chemical peels and LED light therapy, and require a consultation with an acne expert first. The peel line ranges from a light-strength peel to the strongest peel in the series, with a separate version for the back. A 20 percent lactic peel is formulated for sensitive skin, and pregnant or nursing clients need a doctor's approval before booking it.

Appointments are by appointment only and can be booked by phone, through Vagaro or on the website. A valid credit card is needed to book. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours ahead; late cancellations and no-shows carry a $50 fee, and repeated cancellations or no-shows can lead to removal from the client list. Clients are asked to arrive alone and no more than 10 minutes early, and visitors are not permitted during appointments. Same-day appointments are final. Gift cards can be bought online.
