Makeup services include standard and airbrush application, with or without lashes, eyes-only looks, and individual, cluster or strip lash application. Bridal makeup is done onsite for the bride, mother of the bride or groom, and other party members, and early arrival, long travel or extra party members may add a small fee.

Booking is by appointment only, and Saturday appointments are arranged on request. Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule and pay a $100 inconvenience fee. A waiting area is available for those who arrive early. Consultations for brows, eyeliner and lips are $50 for 30 minutes and are applied to the final price if the client books. The first microblading and first permanent makeup touch-ups are complimentary, and a pigment patch test is suggested 5 to 7 days before a procedure for clients with high skin sensitivity.

The studio aims for natural and classic results in a cozy setting, and the owner's approach is subtle and tasteful rather than over the top.
