The nail menu is organized in tiers of art. Bare sets are a solid color or classic French manicure. Refined sets add simple art such as glitter, lines, dots, flowers, hearts or frenchies. Curated sets move up to marble, chrome, ombre, charms, intermediate hand-drawn designs, rhinestones or cateye. Unfiltered sets cover the most detailed work, including encapsulation, advanced hand-drawn art, freestyle, 3D designs and crystals. The site notes that the Refined, Curated and Unfiltered tiers were previously called Tier 1, Tier 2 and Tier 3 art.

Fills are priced to match each set. Bare fills restore a solid color or French set to a clean finish, Refined fills maintain simple art, Curated fills refresh or refine layered art, and Unfiltered fills rework or rebuild highly detailed or custom sets. Nail repair is available for damaged nails at $10 per nail, and soak-offs remove enhancements or polish for $25.

On the brow and lash side, Hyperrealistic Brows pairs brow lamination with ultra-fine strokes to shape and fill sparse areas, starting at $30. The Hybrid Lash Lift combines a Korean lash lift with lightweight extensions placed along the lash line, starting at $25.

Booking requires a $25 retainer, which is applied to the total cost of the service at the end of the appointment. Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations made at least 8 hours ahead avoid a fee, clients have a 10-minute grace period, and a no-call, no-show or late cancellation incurs a fee of 35% of the services booked. A referral program gives $10 off future services to the person who refers, and $10 off the first appointment to the new client. The studio is open Wednesday to Friday 1 PM to 8 PM, Saturday 9 AM to 2 PM, Sunday 1 PM to 6 PM, and closed Monday and Tuesday.
