Clients who live outside the St. Louis area can have the same conversation over a free 30-minute video call, sending their current products and a few photos beforehand so a skincare plan can be built in advance.

The facial menu has two main options. The Custom Facial is a 90-minute treatment designed for first-time and maintenance clients. The Express Facial is a shorter visit that includes dermaplaning, light extractions and a hydrating masque, and costs $120. Dermaplane Only and a Back Facial are also booked separately.

For acne, the Acne Bootcamp Program pairs a consultation with a treatment that includes double cleansing, an enzyme or peel, extractions, a soothing mask and blue LED light therapy. Chemical peels, microneedling and the Cosmelan Peel for dark spots are more targeted options. Custom Chemical Peels are reserved for existing clients, who need a consultation first. Results from peels are typically seen at three to four weeks, and the studio recommends a series of monthly treatments with home care. Retin-A and prescription acne or rosacea medications should be avoided for three days before and after a peel.

Studio hours are Wednesday through Friday from 10 AM to 6:30 PM and Saturday from 9 AM to 3 PM. Clients should give 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule, since late cancellations and no-shows are charged 50% of the service cost to the card on file. Clients have a 15-minute grace period, and anyone under 18 must come with an adult. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, and gift cards can be purchased through the booking platform.

According to the studio, its skincare is custom, ethical and results-focused, and treatments are chosen after a consultation rather than from a fixed routine.
