Brow and lash work has been the main focus of the owner's time for more than seven years.

Each service is adjusted to the client, and the team suggests options based on what the client needs and prefers. Some permanent makeup clients need more than one touch-up, and the studio notes that results depend heavily on following the aftercare instructions.

Clients who have had work done by someone else are asked to tell the technician before treatment. Children and companions are not permitted on appointment day, and prices are fixed rather than negotiable.

Each service is personalized, with options recommended based on the client's needs and preferences.
