Facial options include skincare facials and HydraFacial MD, which cleanses, extracts and hydrates the skin, and the spa also removes skin tags, milia and broken capillaries. Injectables include Botox or Xeomin for forehead lines, the furrow between the brows, crow's feet and bunny lines, along with Versa, Restylane and Radiesse fillers for cheeks, lips, under-eye circles, lower face laxity and folds. Aquagold Micro-Infusion uses gold-plated microchannels to deliver a solution into the skin. According to the spa, results appear 3 to 7 days after treatment and typically last 3 to 4 months, depending on lifestyle and skin quality.

Secret RF microneedling sends fractional radio frequency energy into several layers of skin and is used on the face, neck, arms, abdomen and legs. A session takes about 15 minutes, with numbing cream applied beforehand. The spa notes that most people need 3 to 4 treatments spaced 4 to 6 weeks apart, followed by maintenance every 12 to 18 months. Peels are sold in packages of six, in Clarity, Jessner and Skin Revival versions.

The salon runs two monthly membership plans. Deluxe Glow gives members one Deluxe HydraFacial each month, plus 10% off retail products, 10% off one extra service, and a free birthday add-on. Platinum Skin provides one Platinum HydraFacial monthly, 15% off one extra service and on retail products, a free add-on each month, and a birthday choice of one complimentary service or a second add-on. Dues are charged to a card each month on auto-pay. Visits must happen within the month they are billed, and neither plan can be passed to someone else or refunded. The member rates cover regular-price services and retail only, and they can't be stacked with other offers.

Clients can book by phone or through the Vagaro online scheduler. Cancellations made at least 24 hours ahead are not charged, while later cancellations incur a flat $35 charge and a no-show incurs 50%. Clients who miss two appointments must pay for their next visit in full in advance, and the spa may refuse service after multiple no-shows. Outstanding charges must be settled before new appointments can be booked. Payment plans are offered through Cherry, a buy-now-pay-later company, with 0% APR options and interest-bearing plans as low as 5.99% APR according to the payment plans page. Gift cards and retail skincare products are also available.
