Each visit starts with the client's hair type, lifestyle and goals, and the service is shaped around that. Curly cuts are based on curl pattern, density and how the client lives with their hair day to day. Color is customized for curly hair as well, from partial highlights and balayage to full blonding and corrective work.
Clients also leave with guidance for caring for their hair at home. Signature Curly Cut includes curl education and a take-home product and guide, and the wider menu includes deep conditioning and styling so the result is easier to maintain between visits.
A free 10-minute consultation covers hair history, routine, challenges and desired results, along with a check of density, porosity, scalp health and hair integrity. A consultation is required for all new blonding clients. Blonding Session + Cut pricing depends on hair length, density, previous color and the look the client wants.
Deposits may be required for certain services and count toward the total. Cancellations or reschedules need at least 2 days' notice; shorter notice is charged 50% of the service, and no-shows are charged the full service. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may mean rescheduling, and the cancellation fee may apply.
Each appointment is tailored to the client's hair type, lifestyle and goals, with home care education built in.
