Payment is made directly by the guest, as insurance is not billed. Walk-ins are accepted for IV drips and injections during opening hours, and appointments can also be booked online. Guests must be at least 18. Anyone who is pregnant or breastfeeding is asked to consult their physician before booking. Each drip is custom-mixed for the person receiving it and administered by a licensed nurse operating under physician standing orders. Most drip sessions last 30 to 60 minutes, high-dose vitamin C lasts 60 to 90 minutes, and NAD+ sessions run 2 to 4 hours.

The IV menu has 21 drips, ranging from the Hydrate drip, a balanced-electrolyte fluid listed at $80 for 500 mL and $100 for 1,000 mL, to the Myers Cocktail, a vitamin and mineral blend that the business describes as its most-requested drip. Other drips cover areas such as hangover, immune support, allergy relief, skin health, migraine relief, energy, stress and surgery recovery. Boosters including glutathione, B-12, B-Complex, vitamin C, zinc and magnesium are priced at $25 to $30 each, and physician-ordered add-ons are given only after an in-person evaluation and a patient-specific order.

Medical programs begin with an in-person evaluation, and online consultations are not offered. No labs are needed to start them. Hormone plans and peptide options are set after an in-person consultation and lab review. The mobile IV service comes to a home, hotel, office or event in Sarasota, Englewood and nearby areas. The travel fee is $100 for one or two people and $250 for three to five people, added to the drip price. Visits are booked by phone and are not an emergency or urgent-care service.

Licensed nurses give every visit and work from formulas and standing orders set by the supervising physician, and every prescription plan is reviewed by a Florida-licensed physician.
