The salon's guiding idea is that beautiful hair starts with healthy hair, so its products and techniques are chosen with strength and health in mind. Each client is given a personalized experience based on individual needs. Shampoo, conditioning and a blow dry are included with every booked service. Consultations can be booked virtually to help pick a style or a fresh look for everyday life or an upcoming event, and bridal services are offered through a bridal booking intake form.
Booking requires a deposit that is deducted from the balance due and is valid only for the date and time booked. Appointments can be rescheduled online once per deposit; a second reschedule or a cancellation means booking a new appointment and paying a new deposit. Same-day cancellations are charged 50% of the service fee, including the deposit, and a no-call, no-show forfeits the deposit. Payment is due right after service. Digital payments carry a 2.9% processing fee, while cash avoids it. Zelle, Cash App, Venmo and checks are not accepted unless approved before the service.
Extended Hours appointments are offered for specific services only, on Saturday mornings and evenings and Monday late mornings, with a $75 fee added to the regular price. That fee is non-refundable once the appointment is approved and confirmed. Parking is not free. The salon recommends the P2 Parking Structure, reached from 97th Street off Prairie Avenue, and parking validation covers up to three hours, with a credit of up to $10 that may apply to longer services.
Care begins with healthy hair, so the salon selects products and techniques aimed at hair that is strong and healthy, with each client's needs in mind.
