The menu is built around natural hair. It includes scalp detox, steam treatments, deep conditioning, trims, silk presses and a more involved Luxe Silk Press that adds a gloss treatment and precision trim. Retwists are done by palm roll or interlocking, with a two-strand option, and braid prep and sew-in services are offered for longer styles. Clip-ins, quick weaves and bundle services are also available, and for those the client supplies their own hair. Color is offered as an All Over Black in Blue Black or Jet Black, or as a broader color service.

Booking carries a few set rules. Most services need a $20 deposit, Bundle Prep needs $45 and Color needs $50. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment, and no-shows, are charged a 30% fee. Restyles are limited to clients whose original style was done by Karis, and silk press restyles must be booked within a week of the first visit, quick weave restyles within three weeks.
