Bookings require a non-refundable retainer. Appointments need to be canceled at least 24 hours ahead, and late cancellations carry a $25 fee charged to the card on file. A no-call, no-show is charged 75% of the remaining service balance. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.

The studio is open Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 7:30 AM to 1 PM and Saturday from 8 AM to 2 PM. It is closed Monday, Wednesday and Sunday.

Clients can choose from three membership options: VIP Membership at $300 per year, The Beauty Bank Plus at $50 every two weeks, and The Beauty Bank Essential at $75 per month as a prepaid account for services and wig orders.
