The menu is built around hair care routines. Treatments include steam, protein and deep conditioning options, and cuts and styles are offered for natural, relaxed and straight hair. Color work covers highlights, single process color, toner and demi for refreshing color and blending gray, and specialty color packages that include balayage and ombré. The studio also offers crochet, sew-ins, extension removal and keratin smoothing, which is usually done about twice a year.

New natural and transitioning clients start with a First Time Natural Hair Appointment or a First Time Silk Press. Returning clients book routine maintenance visits. Add-ons must be booked alongside a main service and cannot be booked alone. Extra styling time is added when hair is very tangled or thick and dense. First-time clients pay a $50 non-refundable booking fee that is applied to the service cost, and some services take a deposit that goes toward the total. Cancellations and reschedules need 24 hours' notice, and changes made within 24 hours or no-shows are charged half the scheduled service. Clients wait in the lobby and text when they arrive, and extra guests are only welcome if they are also being serviced. A late arrival may shorten the appointment or lead to rescheduling. Refunds are not given, but the salon will correct hair-related issues.

Bridal services include a bridal trial and a Bridal Bundle, which pairs a trial run with onsite hair and makeup for the bride and bridal party under a contract. The studio is open Tuesday and Wednesday from 10 AM to 4 PM and Thursday and Friday from 11 AM to 7 PM, and is closed Monday, Saturday and Sunday. Phone and text replies can take up to 24 hours, and email replies up to 48 hours.

The studio centers its work on healthy hair care and regimens, with the goal of building clients' confidence in their hair.
