Amenity Esthetics & Day Spa was founded in 2002 by Mandy Sandhu and has been based on Premier Plaza in Ashburn since then. The business describes its focus as blending traditional spa therapies with medical esthetics, and it serves clients from Ashburn, Sterling, Leesburg and the Dulles tech corridor.

The menu is organized into Esthetics, Wellness and Spa. The esthetics side covers injectables such as Botox and dermal fillers for lips, chin, cheeks, under the eyes and tear troughs, which are performed by a licensed medical provider. It also includes microneedling, RF microneedling, mesoneedling, HALO skin resurfacing, chemical peels and PRX treatments, which are delivered without needles and start at $350. Laser options include BBL skin rejuvenation for pigmentation and skin tone, Venus Viva, VascuTouch for redness and vascular concerns, and laser hair removal for the legs, underarms or face.

Facials run from a Teen Facial at $110 for ages 16 and under to a Laser Facial at $350. Hydrafacial treatments come in several levels: Express at $200 (30 minutes), Classic at $285 (60 minutes), Deluxe at $325 (75 minutes) and Platinum at $375 (90 minutes), with specialty versions for the bikini area, buttocks and back. Perfect 10 medical-grade chemical peels are offered in Universal, Intermediate and Advanced levels priced from $225 to $325.

The spa menu includes massages from a 45-minute Reflexology Massage at $95 up to a two-hour Divine Intervention Massage at $215. Relaxation massage uses lighter, flowing strokes, while therapeutic massage uses firmer, focused pressure for deeper muscle layers and chronic tension. Four Hands Massage is performed by two therapists working together. Body wraps are priced at $200 each and use Sedona mud, sea algae or a warm wine antioxidant mask. Couples and escape services run 60 to 90 minutes in private rooms, including a Belize Couples Suite, a Romantic Couples Suite and a Relaxation Room, and many include a rainfall shower and a jacuzzi hydrotherapy soak add-on. Waxing, electrolysis billed by 15 to 60 minute sessions, permanent makeup, lash services, manicures from $40, pedicures from $45 and laser toenail fungus removal are also offered.

Memberships are month-to-month with no long-term contract and can be cancelled at any time, in three tiers at $110, $150 and $250 per month. Members receive sign-on bonus treatments during their first six months, and unused bonus treatments are forfeited if a membership is cancelled. The salon says only 150 membership spots are available. Financing, gift cards and specials are also offered. The salon describes itself as an award-winning Best of Suburbia med spa and says it has been recognized by Washingtonian Magazine, Northern Virginia Magazine and The Talk Awards for customer satisfaction.

The salon blends traditional spa therapies with medical esthetics, and states its goal is to help clients look younger and feel better through science-based treatments.
