Visits often begin with a consultation, which is listed at no charge and takes about 30 minutes. Color options run from all-over color and partial or full highlights to face-frame highlights, gloss refreshes, root touch-ups and balayage or dimensional color. Haircuts are offered for boys, men, girls aged 12 and under and women, and the menu also includes blowouts, deep conditioning treatments, and brow and lip waxing.

Root touch-up memberships are offered on 4, 5 or 6 week cycles, billed monthly, with a three-month minimum commitment. Members get priority booking, locked-in pricing, discounts on add-ons and retail, and they book through the services page as usual, with benefits applied at checkout in the salon. Clients need to give 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule; late cancellations carry a 20% fee, no-shows a fee of 50% of the service, and arriving more than 15 minutes late may mean rescheduling. Gift card sales are final. The salon is open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, Wednesday from 8 AM to 8 PM, and is closed on weekends.
