Cancellations within 24 hours of an appointment may be charged 25 percent of the service fee, and no-shows are charged 50 percent and may require a deposit before further bookings. Hours vary by day, with Monday and Friday afternoons and evenings, Tuesday late afternoons, Saturdays 10 AM to 5 PM, a short Sunday morning, and the salon closed on Wednesdays and Thursdays.
