Waxing is the core of the menu, covering single small zones, full legs, full arms, backs and stomachs, faces, beards, and full-body sessions for women and men. The facial menu is built around the individual. The Luxxe Custom Back Facial is a 50-minute treatment for congestion, texture and overall skin health, using deep cleansing, steam, exfoliation, massage and treatments chosen for the skin. The Luxxe Signature Custom Facial runs 75 minutes and includes skin analysis, a customized mask, facial massage, high frequency and hydration with SPF. The Luxxe Vajacial is a 60-minute facial designed to follow a Brazilian wax for the intimate area, addressing ingrown hairs, texture and discoloration.

Packages bundle repeat sessions, including six Brazilian waxes, six Brazilian and underarm waxes, and six Vajacial sessions, along with a few combined options such as the Smooth and Glow Package. Package credits apply automatically at checkout when regular services are booked through the Services page, and Buy Now, Pay Later is available for packages as well.

Booking requires a deposit of half the service price, paid when you book, with the remaining balance paid after the appointment. Deposits are non-refundable and can be transferred once. After one reschedule a new deposit is required, though the original can go toward the new appointment. Appointments have a 7-minute grace period, after which the booking is canceled and a no-show fee equal to the remaining balance applies. Cancellations or no-shows within 12 hours of the appointment carry a 50% fee.

The lounge is open Wednesday from 3:30 to 6 PM, Thursday and Friday from 3:30 to 8 PM, and Saturday from 11 AM to 3 PM. It is closed Monday, Tuesday and Sunday. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person and for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.

Facials and waxing are adjusted to each client, from a customized back facial to a post-wax facial for the intimate area.
