Hair is the core of the menu. Color is done with the L'Oréal Professional color line and Redken Shades EQ, and the salon describes its stylists as experienced in color and color correction. Gloss and toner visits are recommended every three to four weeks between appointments to help keep warm undertones from turning brassy.

The salon says its skin care staff are professionally trained and licensed, and that facials are performed by a licensed aesthetician. Clients using prescribed creams such as Retin-A, or who have had chemical peels, laser treatments or other cosmetic procedures, are asked to tell their esthetician before service. Brow, lash and make-up services, and full-body waxing with hard and soft wax, round out the menu.

Bridal work is a major part of the business. Services include bridal hair and make-up, trials, flower girl hair, and hair and make-up for bridal parties and mothers of the bride or groom. To hold a wedding date, a 50% non-refundable deposit is due eight weeks before the wedding day, and bridal parties of four or more receive complimentary mimosas, tea, coffee and assorted fruits and pastries.

Booking policies: appointments are confirmed the day before, and clients are asked to give 48 hours notice to reschedule or cancel. The salon is cash only and does not accept debit or credit cards. Gift certificates are non-refundable, valid for up to six months from purchase, and cannot be exchanged for cash or gratuity.

Stylists focus on color and color correction, and the salon's philosophy centers on keeping its stylists happy so clients are well served.
