The menu is grouped into balayage, color, haircut, highlight, styling and toner services. Balayage options include a partial balayage, root coverage paired with a partial balayage, and a full balayage that includes toner and a blow dry. Color services cover all-over color, root touch-ups and grey root coverage, and a base bump for blonde clients. Haircuts range from a bang trim and a girls' cut for ages 10 and under to a standalone cut, a cut added to a color visit, and a transformation cut for a major change. Highlight options include fashion foils, partial and full highlights, and combined root color with highlights.

Appointment lengths are listed for each service, from about 10 minutes for a bang trim or a toner added to color, to around 210 minutes for a full balayage. Booking policies apply: a 20% cancellation fee, and a $50 deposit from new clients for a full balayage or for root coverage with a partial balayage. In-person bookings can be paid over time with Buy Now, Pay Later, for totals from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.
