A consultation is a 20-minute visit for planning color before a service is booked, and its $50 deposit goes toward the service when the appointment is booked in the salon. Color correction starts at $300 for a 240-minute visit and includes the products and treatments needed during the appointment; time beyond that is charged at $85 per hour. Keratin smoothing, extensions, blowouts and bond treatment are also offered, and a keratin treatment can be added to a color appointment at a discounted rate.

Booking has a few set policies. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings between $50 and $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. A cancellation fee of 50% of the service total applies to cancellations within 72 hours, and the full amount is charged for no-shows and cancellations with less than 12 hours' notice. The stylist decides how the cancellation policy applies in each case. Deposits are required for consultations, blowouts, Existing Custom Color Full, Platinum Card and extension installation, at $50 for consultations and blowouts and $150 for the other three.

The salon is open Tuesday from 10:30 AM to 4 PM, Thursday from 3:30 PM to 9 PM, Friday from 10:30 AM to 5 PM and Saturday from 9 AM to 5 PM. It is closed on Monday, Wednesday and Sunday.

Color planning starts with a consultation, and the stylist works with each client on the color and tone that will give them the look they want.
