The spa says its treatments aim to restore balance rather than only create a temporary glow, and that it uses clean, high-performing products. Its HydraFacial is described as its most requested facial. The HydraFacial cleanses, exfoliates and hydrates the skin in one visit with no downtime, and it is adjusted to each client's skin type. Signature Facial is $125, and the spa also sells The AMA Collection of skincare and spa candles.

The spa offers facial treatments, skincare procedures, massage, body treatments, nail services, and brow and lash shaping. Microneedling and dermaplaning, both advanced skin procedures, start with a consultation first. Massage options include deep tissue, Swedish, aromatherapy, and reflexology, booked in 60- or 90-minute sessions. Prenatal massage is available to pregnant clients after the first trimester. Manicures and pedicures are done in a calm room using tools that have been cleaned. Special effects makeup begins at $350, and that service also starts with a consultation.

Enter through the suite door on SW 59th Avenue; the entrance at 5900 SW 73rd Street does not lead into the spa. Guests can park for free in the open lot along SW 59th Avenue, between SW 73rd and SW 74th Streets, on a first-come basis. Spaces along the building wall are reserved for tenants. Hours run Tuesday through Saturday, 10 AM to 7 PM, and Sunday, 10 AM to 6 PM. The spa is closed on Mondays. Booking ahead is suggested, though walk-ins may be accommodated depending on availability. Appointments can be made online, by phone, or by text. Changes and cancellations require at least 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations and no-shows are charged the full service amount to the card on file. Tips are not built into prices; according to the spa, most guests give 18 to 25 percent, and the full amount is passed to the provider.

Gift cards come as physical cards at the spa or as digital cards sent by email, never expire, and can be used for any service, product or gratuity. Preset amounts are $50, $75, $100, $150 and $200, and other amounts can be entered. SpaFinder gift cards are accepted, but they do not cover gratuity.
