The facial menu runs from a 45-minute Express Facial to a 1 hour 30 minute Hydrafacial Platinum. Signature facials include a double cleanse, steamed exfoliation, extractions, a custom mask, and face and neck massage, finished with products chosen for skin type. Other options address particular needs: a Deep Pore Facial with extra extraction time and a pore-refining mask, Dermaplaning Facials and an express version that remove dead skin and peach fuzz, a Teen Facial for clients 17 and under, a pregnancy-safe facial, and a Back Facial. Hydrafacial Deluxe uses Vortex-Fusion technology with LED light and a custom booster, while Platinum adds lymphatic drainage and scalp massage.

Advanced treatments include a Custom Chemical Peel of about 1 hour 15 minutes, aimed at hyperpigmentation, acne, aging, and dullness, suited to all skin types and tones with little to no downtime. Clients are asked to stop retinol, BHAs, AHAs, benzoyl peroxide, facial waxing, and other exfoliants 5 to 7 days beforehand. The studio also offers Perfect Derma Peel, with two boosters, SkinPen microneedling (a collagen induction treatment of about 1 hour 30 minutes), and FACTORFIVE Renewal Dermal Solution, a two-step treatment of about 1 hour 15 minutes that the studio recommends in a series of three to six sessions, 7 to 14 days apart. Dermaplaning is not suited to active inflamed acne. Add-ons of 15 to 30 minutes include an eye mask, LED light therapy, scalp massage, dermaplaning, and extractions only.

The studio sells skincare from Clean Skin Club, IS Clinical, SkinCeuticals, Face Reality, Glymed+, and Skinbetter Science, covering serums, cleansers, moisturizers, toners, masks, and sun protection. Skinbetter products are dermatologist tested and free of parabens, fragrance, and dyes, and are cruelty-free. Listed prices include AlphaRet Overnight Cream at $145, IS Clinical Active Serum at $148 (described as pregnancy and breastfeeding safe), and Alto Defense Serum at $170, an antioxidant daily protection product.

Booking terms: cancellations or reschedules within 24 hours are charged 50% of the service total, and no-shows are charged the full scheduled service. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late are asked to reschedule. A valid credit card must be on file to secure bookings, and it is charged only for missed, late, or no-show fees. Treatments, services, and products are non-refundable. Gift cards come in amounts of $130, $180, $200, or $275, or a custom amount, can be used for services but not retail products, expire one year after purchase, and can be bought for oneself or someone else.
