Prices are based on the chosen service, style and length, and hair is not included in service prices. Clients must bring their own textured hair, French curls or human hair for styles that need it. Basic styles can use standard braiding hair, subject to available color and length. The studio does not provide weaves or human hair bundles, and hair must arrive freshly washed, dried and free of gels, oils, glue and edge control. A wash and blow-dry fee applies if hair is not properly prepped.
Children from age four are welcome, and the studio offers protective styles for kids and teens such as knotless braids, feed-ins, curly sets and mini twists. Only kid-safe products are used, Netflix and other age-appropriate entertainment is available on request, and matching mother and child styles can be booked. Children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult, while mature teens may come alone with a parent or guardian's permission. The studio may decline a style that seems too tight, too heavy or potentially harmful to a child's scalp.
One-on-one classes teach beginner braiding and knotless braiding. Appointments include a 15-minute grace period before a late fee applies, and bookings are treated as no-shows after 30 minutes. Cancellations made 48 hours or more ahead may keep the deposit as store credit or request a refund, while later cancellations forfeit it. Style concerns must be raised within 24 hours of the appointment, and aftercare guidance is published for braids, knotless styles, boho curls and takedowns.
