Color is the main focus. Signature work includes lived-in blonding, multi-tonal brunettes and custom color matching, and the stylist also offers foil highlights, balayage and root or end color, with options that add grey coverage, tonal change, shine and depth. Face frame highlights with a root color are a maintenance service and are not offered to first-time guests.

Extensions are planned around the client's goals. An extension consultation sets the method, length and density, and extensions are offered to add fullness to fine hair, create dramatic length, enhance dimensional color, or for special event looks. Cuts, deep conditioning treatments and Brazilian blowouts round out the menu.

Booking policies: cancellations and reschedules need 24 hours' notice. No-shows and last-minute cancellations are charged 50% of the scheduled service cost. Guests arriving 15 minutes or more late may need to reschedule or have their service shortened, and the full fee still applies; guests running late are asked to send a text. Children must stay home unless they are receiving a service, and guests who are unwell are asked to reschedule.
