Extensions are booked with a consultation to match color and set up a schedule. New one-row and two-row installs can only be booked after that consultation. Existing clients with one or two rows return for re-installs every eight to ten weeks, and color is booked separately when needed. Extension removal is free for existing clients, and a complimentary fix is available for a loose corner, a hanging thread or another concern between visits.

Cuts and styling include a custom haircut with wash and blowout, where add-ons can be chosen when booking, and a curly cut that begins with clean, dry hair in its usual styling state. Dry styles cover beach waves, curls or hot-tool looks, and an event style or updo is available. Combining an event style with a blowout totals $130.
