The salon's stated aim is to enhance each guest's natural beauty and build their confidence through hair services. It hopes guests leave feeling cared for and refreshed in a welcoming, supportive setting.

The menu runs from cuts for adults, kids and men, including signature, transformative, curly and barber cuts, to color, several tiered blonding looks, perms, scalp and hair treatments, waxing and styling. Associate Services are performed by associate stylists at lower prices, though associate color services may carry an extra charge. The matchmaking survey asks about hair goals, style and preferences to suggest a stylist.

Bridal hair services cover the bride, the bridal party, the mother of the bride and the mother of the groom. On-site bridal services are offered only to current clients who have visited within the last six months.

Guests can buy gift cards on the website. A referral program gives the referring guest a 20% discount on their next service once the referred client completes a first visit, provided the referred client names the referring guest to their stylist. Guests unhappy with a hair service can contact the salon within one week for a follow-up consultation with the same stylist.
