First-time guests booking a haircut are directed to the Luxury Hair + Scalp Reset, a 120-minute visit that begins with an extended consultation and includes a dry haircut, detox and treatment, styling, and product education. The studio describes it as the most comprehensive experience it offers. For haircuts alone, options run from a quick fringe trim to a customized dry cut with consultation, shampoo, conditioning, and styling. Returning clients who had a full haircut within the past six months can book a dry-cut maintenance trim, which does not include washing, styling, or a new shape.
A non-refundable deposit secures each appointment and is applied to the service. Appointments can be canceled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice; later changes and no-shows are charged the full service amount. Guests have a 15-minute grace period, and a $50 late fee may apply if the appointment can still be accommodated. Any outstanding balance from a cancellation, no-show, or late arrival must be paid before another booking. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. Hours are Tuesday 10 AM to 5 PM, Thursday through Saturday 10 AM to 6 PM, and closed Monday, Wednesday, and Sunday.
The studio describes itself as LGBTQ+ friendly and welcomes clients of all ages and genders. Children ages 2 to 6 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Concerns that need medical evaluation may be referred to a dermatologist or other healthcare provider. Professional hair care products are sold through an online shop, and gift cards are available in $50, $75, $100, $200, or custom amounts; gift card sales are final.
