Altru Radiance was opened in 2023 by Mechelle To, a Licensed Master Esthetician. The studio was first founded in Salt Lake City and is now based in a ground-level suite in Murray, near Fashion Place Mall, with street-level parking on the south side of the building.

The studio is private, with no waiting room, so every session is one-on-one. Visits begin with a detailed intake of the client's history, and the esthetician looks at the whole face and body before working on specific areas, explaining each step and offering skin education along the way. A full intake form is completed at the first visit, and a completed Aesthetic Evaluation form is needed before any appointment can begin.

The signature service is the Restorative Buccal Facial, a 90-minute hands-on facial that works with the cheek, jaw and lower face through buccal massage and fascia and lymphatic work across the face and neck. It involves no needles. The studio recommends a series of six weekly sessions for lasting visible change, and describes results such as reduced puffiness and a lighter look as building over time. Services are performed for cosmetic, not medical, purposes.

Other offerings include a 50-minute surface fascial sculpting facial, a 60-minute resurfacing Korean Aqua Peel finished under red light, and a 50-minute back facial. Lymphatic drainage is available as a 90-minute full-body manual session or a 150-minute sculpting session that requires a first Soothe session. Microneedling with Korean skin boosters uses Procell microchanneling.

Treatments follow a fascia-centered approach that works with the face and body together rather than correcting isolated features. The studio describes its own method as fascia-first and regenerative.
