Mechelle To

Mechelle To is the founder of Altru Radiance and a Licensed Master Esthetician in Utah, licensed since 2014. She has practiced esthetics since that year, after beginning her career in cosmetology.

Her specialty is fascia-informed facial esthetics, including the Restorative Buccal Facial and lymphatic work. She performs the Restorative Buccal Facial and the studio's other sessions herself. Her training includes Dr. Vodder Manual Lymphatic Drainage and Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage (both 2024), Sculptural Face Lifting (2022), Dien Chan Facial Reflexology (2025) and Procell Microchanneling (2020).

Sessions start with a detailed intake of the client's history and a look at the whole face and body before she narrows in on specific areas. She explains each step and offers skin education, and she considers how habits as well as genetics shape faces and bodies. Alongside hands-on facial and body work, she works with fascia and biofield observations. After a Welcome Bundle she prepares a personalized plan of skincare and self-massage practices, and Foundation Package sessions include personalized homework between visits.
