Every new client is asked to book a color consultation before any color service. The consultation is free and takes 30 minutes. For color work, a stylist follows up by text within 24 hours, and a test strand may need to be done in person before the appointment. Many services ask new clients for a deposit between $20 and $50, and the studio charges a 50% fee for no-shows and for cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment.

Extensions are handled as a separate category. Options include hand-tied mini and full move-ups, hand-tied installations in two or three rows, tape-in installation and keratin application. Most extension services are labor only, so the hair itself is sold or supplied separately. Extension consultations are free to start and run 30 minutes.

The studio uses sustainable, cruelty-free and natural hair products, and Davines is the main line carried. Treatments such as a hair mask, a scalp treatment and a K18 treatment can be added to services. Gift cards are sold in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final. Buy Now, Pay Later financing is offered for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.

The studio works from natural, cruelty-free hair products and begins color work with a consultation so the stylist can plan the service.
