Hair loss work is the core of the salon. It makes custom wigs, hair pieces and toppers, which it calls enhancements, from individually handmade human hair, and it offers new client hair system installation, custom enhancement design and men's hair replacement maintenance. Clients include women, men and children dealing with thinning hair or hair loss, and some need a custom topper, wig or hair system. Consultations can be held in Spanish. The salon is an affiliate of Wigs for Kids, a non-profit that provides free hair replacement to children who have lost hair to medical conditions; it does not collect hair donations.

Hair color and extensions are also offered. Partial and full custom color are available, and a new growth touch up is offered with a blow-dry included with all color services. A couture haircut that takes 60 minutes or less starts at $100. Invisible Bead Extensions come in one, two or three rows, and the salon recommends new extension clients begin with one row. Color rooting of extensions is included in the first appointment, while natural hair color maintenance is booked separately.

A visit takes place in a private, light and modern space. Amenities include an air purifier, hot towels, hand and scalp massage, WiFi, and music of the client's choice or relaxing music. Silent appointments can be requested, and snacks and drinks are served. New guests book online through Vagaro and receive a confirmation and a reminder 48 to 72 hours before. The next appointment is booked before the guest leaves, and product recommendations are given after the visit.

Scalp analysis and epigenetic hair analysis guide a plan built around what sits behind thinning hair, and custom color formulas are blended and recorded so future appointments can match.
