The color menu runs from root color and toner or gloss through accent foils, all-over color, partial and full highlights, and fashion color transformations. Several color services include a shampoo, toner or blowout, and appointments run from about two hours for root color to about three hours for full highlights.

Extension services include handtied installs and re-installs, handtied bead slide move-ups priced per row, tape-in removal and re-install, and fusion install and removal priced by the hour. Tape-in removal and re-install takes about 150 minutes.

Beyond color and extensions, the studio offers women's, men's and children's haircuts for children under 12, blowouts, bang trims, style-only appointments, perms, Brazilian blowout smoothing and a scalp and hair detox. The studio is open Monday from 10:30 AM to 5 PM, Wednesday and Thursday from 10:30 AM to 8 PM, Friday from 10:30 AM to 7 PM and Saturday from 10:30 AM to 6 PM, and is closed Tuesdays and Sundays. Bookings and payments run through the GlossGenius booking system. In-person bookings from $50 to $4,000 can be paid over time with Buy Now, Pay Later, subject to approval before the appointment, and a 25% cancellation fee applies, so clients are asked to let the studio know as early as possible if they need to reschedule.
