The salon's cutting menu covers layered cuts, alternative shapes such as shags, wolf cuts, mullets and textured looks, short cuts including bobs, pixies and French bobs, blowouts, and fringe trims for returning clients. The Signature Layered Cut uses the salon's own layering technique and includes a deep conditioning mask and steam, finished with a style of the client's choice.

On the color side, a 30-minute color consultation at $30 lets clients talk through their goals, color history, upkeep and pricing before anything is applied, and no color is done during that visit. From there the menu includes custom dimensional lightening, all-over single process color, double process color for blondes, coppers and vivid or alternative tones, and gloss or toner refreshes that add tone and shine.

Restorative add-ons are K18 Bond Repair, a Shine Treatment that is a clear gloss for shine and smoothness, and a CBD Mender Treatment with steam. Clients are asked to share their hair history, including recent color, chemical services, box dye and keratin treatments, and to arrive with hair that was not washed that day. Inspiration photos are welcome before a service.

Booking changes carry some terms: cancellations or reschedules made with less than 48 hours notice carry a 50% fee, a 15-minute grace period applies to late arrivals, and missed appointments without notice carry a 50% fee. Concerns about a service should be raised within 7 days, and adjustments cover technical corrections rather than changes in preference or new looks. Guests are limited to the client, with children allowed only when receiving a service and pets allowed only as service animals.
