About

The practice is led by David Altamira, MD, a plastic surgeon who sees patients at a Houston office on Gessner Road and at a second office in Sugar Land. Its work spans surgical procedures for the face, breast and body, along with non-surgical and injectable options that the practice says it presents so patients know what is available to them.

Facial surgery includes facelifts, neck lifts, eyelid surgery, forehead and brow lifts, FaceTite, buccal fat removal, rhinoplasty and chin augmentation. Breast options cover augmentation, several kinds of lift, and reduction. Body contouring ranges from arm lifts, body lifts, thigh lifts and tummy tucks to liposuction, VASER liposuction, BodyTite, Brazilian butt lifts, labiaplasty and Mommy Makeovers, which can be combined into one procedure or spread across a series of appointments.

Non-surgical and injectable care includes Morpheus8, FotoFacial, chemical peels, Halo laser, laser hair removal, spider vein treatment, vaginal rejuvenation, Botox and Dysport, Restylane, the RHA Collection and other dermal fillers. Post-surgical massage is also offered to support recovery after procedures.

To begin, prospective patients can request a consultation by phone or through the online contact form. Office hours at the Houston location run Monday through Friday, with a shorter day on Fridays. Major credit cards are accepted, financing is available through CareCredit and Cherry, and the practice offers payment plans. Cosmetic surgery cancelled 21 business days ahead receives the deposit back less a $500 non-refundable scheduling fee, and cancellations inside 24 hours of surgery receive no refund. A missed office visit or one cancelled with less than 3 business days notice carries a $150 fee.

The practice says its focus is patient satisfaction and making sure patients understand the cosmetic options open to them. Each patient receives a personalized consultation to talk through concerns and build a plan.

The office describes its setting as relaxing and friendly.
