Color is a major part of the menu. Every color service begins with a personal color consultation. Offerings include retouches, all-over color, glosses, bleach, highlights, balayage and foilage, makeup application, and color correction for box dye, brassiness and uneven color. The salon also works on thick, dark hair with balayage, ombre, glosses, toners and root shadowing. A color appointment includes a simple surface dry; a professional blowout has to be requested at booking and is priced separately, as are other additional services.

Beyond color, the salon offers hair extensions from Great Lengths, Hairdreams Nano and Bellami, with pricing quoted at a consultation and typically varying by about $10 to $20 depending on length, density and level of lift. Brazilian Blowout smoothing comes in short, medium and long lengths, and begins with a consultation and hair check and ends with heat sealing and a blowout or chosen style. Perms add body and curl in short or partial and long or full versions. In-salon hair rituals use Kerastase, Oribe, Miriam Quevedo and B3 Bond Building treatments, and the salon also offers hair loss assessments that look at density, scalp health and lifestyle factors.

Services are priced by stylist level. The color consultation form asks clients to choose Studio, Senior or Master stylist, or no preference. New clients are asked to keep a credit card on file, and missed appointments not cancelled within 24 hours are charged 50% of the booked service. Clients who return within 48 hours can receive a complimentary service adjustment. Refreshments such as wine, soda, coffee and snacks are provided, and outside alcohol is not allowed unless approved.

According to the salon, its stylists receive advanced education and hands-on instruction from teachers working across the country. The salon also hosts educators and industry leaders, including Mandee Tauber, Linson Jamison and DJ Muldoon. Publications the salon names as having covered it are Modern Salon, Salon Today, SA Monthly, Studio International, Dolce Vita and Vibra. The salon describes itself as a luxury hair salon and, in its own words, a top hair extension salon in San Antonio.
