The salon is in Suite 108 of a Huebner Road building in Stone Oak, and it describes its stylists as highly advanced stylist-colorists.

Visits begin with a conversation about what the client wants. Consultations are free and can be booked by phone, in person, or by email. New color and extension clients are asked to send current hair photos and inspiration photos, or to book an in-person consultation for an accurate price. New clients are also asked for a two-year chemical history. Complimentary beverages and snacks are offered during visits, and the work area is kept free of children during services.

The menu runs from men's grooming, women's cuts, and cuts for young teens through to single-process color, partial and full highlights, balayage, color melts, babylights, and color correction. Extension options include Easihair Pro tape-ins, Bellami extensions, and hand-tied sewn-in extensions, with aftercare guidance for extension clients. Smoothing services include Brazilian Blowout, Express Blowout, and a version for men's short hair. Wedding hair and makeup are offered by consultation and can be done on location, and special occasion makeup is provided by a freelance artist by appointment.

Services are tailored to each client, and every appointment starts with a thorough consultation.
